Development layouts for the financier's private tropical island included in the images.
Furthermore contained in this latest document release appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by erecting residences, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Visible on the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is annotated in notations in red and includes a key identifying different areas of the land.
In addition to this are what look to be nine other property layouts and architectural plans, featuring designs for dock shelters.
More documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing oversight release.
